​Fulfillment Policy

Drumlin Strategies, LLC (“Drumlin Strategies”, “we”, “us”, “coach”, or consultant”) provides business development and LinkedIn coaching, consulting, and training services for attorneys and law firms (“Services”).

We deliver Services to clients virtually, electronically, and by email, video conference, telephone, and in-person meetings, depending on the client's preferences and the nature of the service. Specific delivery timelines and methods are outlined in each client’s service arrangement.

Below are our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and customer support.


Refund Policy:

Payments for Services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Drumlin Strategies and the client. If the client, coach, or consultant believes that the coaching or consulting is not working as desired, that should be communicated to the other party, and the parties will work together to ensure the client’s satisfaction and forward movement.

Cancellation Policy:

If a Client needs to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment with us, 12 hours’ notice by email or text must be sent to us. Missed sessions without this notice will be charged the full session fee. In case of an emergency, an appropriate resolution will be reached.

Payments:

We comply with PCI and safe handling standards via our payment processer Stripe.
